Travesty of justice of the highest order.....!

In the High Court of Justice, Ogun State of Nigeria, In the Ilaro Judicial Division, Holding at Ilaro.  Suit No: HCL/7/2006 Between The Registered Trustees of Celestial Church of Christ (Nigeria Diocese) - Plaintiff by original action/1st defendant by counterclaim, Emmanuel Mobiyino Oshoffa - 2nd defendant by order of the court May 9, 2007 to the counterclaim and Rev. Godwin Bolanle Shonekan - defendant by original action/plaintiff by counterclaim.  On June 5th, 2008 Honorable Justice Mosunmola A. Dipeolu presiding, the plaintiff by original action and 1st defendant to the counterclaim, the registered trustees of CCC Nigeria Diocese was called by the honorable court, the plaintiff were not present and no Attorney (Lawyer) was present on their behalf.  The 2nd defendant to the counterclaim, Emmanuel Mobiyino Oshoffa (name on his Nigeria passport) or BILEHOU Emmanuel (name on his French passport, which ever is his real name) was not present in the court either, but was represented by an Attorney (Lawyer).

As the CCC NEWS - COURT REPORTER has been alerting the Celestian and the public from the beginning of the Registered Trustees of CCC Nigeria Diocese versus Pastor, Rev. G. Bolanle Shonekan's suit, that the defunct board of trustees has no case and could not answer the counterclaim as filed against them by His Eminence, Rev. Shonekan.  It is now clear that the defunct board of trustees are now at the end of the rope.  After the Attorney for the trustees was reneging on filing their response to the counterclaim since August 2007, their Attorney now filed an application, which gave them up on their games and revealed their real intention that they are no longer interested in the case as they will rather hang it than ridicule themselves.

The law office of FABUNMI & FOLARIN, the Attorney for the trustees filed an application for extension of time (click here to view the filed application or as attached) without a date on the application on May 6th, 2008.  Anyone would like to believe it was honest mistake, except that the trustees and their Attorney did not plan to honor the court date of June 5th, 2008 nor their Attorney intends to present the application before the honorable court.  The application was filed without a date because Emmanuel, the 2nd defendant forced them to respond by jumping ahead to answer the counterclaim which the trustees, 1st defendant has no answer for since the case started in February of 2006.  The trustees had the believe that the case will go away when their voodoo as shown here in this picture with confession from their so called prophet who was arrested and charged to court, may work on Rev. Shonekan or many of their assassination attempt on Shonekan's life to gets him out of the way.  But Emmanuel Mobiyino Oshoffa (name on his Nigeria passport) or BILEHOU Emmanuel (name on his French passport, which ever is his real name) showed up and filed response to the counterclaim as 2nd defendant since he was joined by court order.

Now, God's WILL is taking its course.  Hearing begins on July 9th 2008 whether the trustees or their Attorney show up or not and the 2nd defendant had no choice but show up, he was joined as 2nd defendant by court order.  Even more compelling is that Rev. Shonekan's Attorney wanted to cross examine Emmanuel and put the French Embassy Officials on witness stand to ascertain his true identity.

CCC NEWS - COURT REPORTER Investigator asked His Eminence, Pastor, Prophet, Rev. G. B. Shonekan, what would be his next move when or if the case favor him.  Rev. Shonekan responded, "I will double up on my effort to unite the Church by reaching out to all leaders and members all over the world and will welcome them on first come first serve bases and not as old or longer in service but as the Lord said it in the book of Matthew 20: 16 - the last shall be first, and the first last: for many be called, but few chosen."  quoth and on quoth.
