Names
of Elders that are been considered for appointment
as Board of Trustees and Council-of-Elders, which
shall be constituted as two bodies are under review
by His Eminence, Rev. G. Bolanle Shonekan, Pastor
and Supreme Shepherd, CCC Worldwide.
Considerations
are based on dedication to the unity and oneness
in Celestial Church of Christ Worldwide, devotion
to the doctrine of the Church, leadership ability
and commitment to the uplifting of quality of live
for the church-workers, members and the youths of
Celestial Church of Christ Worldwide.
Those
that are chosen would have earned the merit with
greater affinity for the criteria in which they
were considered.
The
BOARD OF TRUSTEES, when confirmed, shall serve as
legislative arm of the Church and parallel
governing body with the COUNCIL-OF-ELDERS.
The Council-of-Elders are Church Administrators,
Administrative Executives and Leaders of the
Church with specific duties.
Council-of-Elders will be appointed only by the
Pastor and Supreme Shepherd.
Board
of Trustees shall be appointed for a period of
seven years and may be considered subsequently to
serve in such capacity for additional term(s) only
at the discretion of the Pastor and Supreme
Shepherd, CCC Worldwide.
The
Council-of-Elders will serve for as long as they
hold their cabinet position for which that office
thus entitled them to such appointment or the
specific duties as such. There
shall be no any such appointment called
Pastor-in-Council in the body of governance in
Celestial Church of Christ. |
