Fools take the bait.....!

A new turn in the Celestial Church court case as the defunct board of trustees and BILEHOU Emmanuel (name on his French passport) or Emmanuel Mobiyino Oshoffa (name of his Nigeria passport), (which ever is his real name) go their separate ways.  Though yet unconfirmed, a member of the defunct pastor-in-council blew the trumpet far and loud that Emmanuel through his lawyer will soon serve His Eminence, Pastor Shonekan and the defunct board of trustees copies of Emmanuel's defense to the Counter Claim as 2nd Defendant respectively.  And further that a hearing date for an extension of time to serve the notice to Pastor Shonekan and the Defunct Board of Trustees is coming up on the 7th of May 2008.

The Board of Trustees and Emmanuel have abandoned the case in Ogun State High Court since August of 2007 when His Lordship, Honorable Justice Mosumola A. Dipeolu - JUDGE of the High Court of Justice, Ilaro, Ogun State, Nigeria had in August of 2007 declined on adjournment of the case after such numerous request by the Plaintiff in the Original case, the Court instructed the Counsel to the Plaintiff in the Original case to file their intent to continue the Original case by October 2007 or face their case being strikeout and the Court proceeding to hearing the Counter Claim.

His Eminence, Pastor Shonekan patiently out waited the defunct Board of Trustees who were the Plaintiff in the Original case and Emmanuel the 2nd Defendant in the Counter Claim filed by His Eminence, Pastor Shonekan until this information came to CCC NEWS - COURT REPORTER.  The purported filing supposedly asked for extension of time as the informant who is a member of the defunct pastor-in-council higher hierarchy claimed..! Extension of time....!  What extension of time...?  After the case was abandoned for almost nine months..., which court system under the sun, with respect to judicial system would lend hands to this travesty of justice by granting such an extension? Unless of course it gives room for foul play.
