Defenseless
defense.....!
At
last, separate defenses were filed by the defunct board of
trustees of Celestial Church of Christ Nigeria Diocese, 1st
Defendant and Emmanuel Mobiyino Oshoffa/BILEHOU Emmanuel, 2nd
Defendant to the Counter-Claim filed by His Eminence, Prophet,
Reverend Godwin Bolanle Shonekan in response to the Original
Case as filed: In the High Court of Justice, Ogun State of
Nigeria, In the Ilaro Judicial Division, Holding at Ilaro.
Suit No: HCL/7/2006 Between The Registered Trustees of Celestial
Church of Christ (Nigeria Diocese) - Plaintiff and Rev. Godwin
Bolanle Shonekan - Defendant by the Original Action...
And
Rev. Godwin Bolanle Shonekan Plaintiff by Counter-Claim and

The Registered Board of Trustees Celestial Church of
Christ (Nigeria Diocese) 1st Defendant/by
Counter-Claim;
(2)
Emmanuel Mobiyino Oshoffa 2nd
Defendant/(Joined by Order of Court on the 9th Day of May, 2007
to the Counter-Claim).
It
could not have come at a better time as the whole world had
waited for almost nine month for this two parties to respond to
the counter-claim following a handed down admonishment by the
Honorable Justice Mosunmola A. Dipeolu - JUDGE of the High Court
of Justice over excessive request for adjournment by the
plaintiff (the defunct board of trustees) in August of 2007.
The defunct board of trustees of CCC Nigeria Diocese had dodged
responding to the counter-claim for over two years by asking for
adjournment at every court date for lack of true defense to the
counter-claim as filed by the Counsel for Reverend Shonekan,
Messers A. A. Olatunji & Co., (see
the statement of defense and counter-claim as filed).
A
misguided BILEHOU Emmanuel (the name on his French passport)
or Emmanuel Mobiyino Oshoffa (the name of his Nigeria
passport), (which ever is his real name) rushed into filing
his defense (see
the motion-on-notice
also the defense
filed and served through the court)
as 2nd Defendant after an assumption that His Eminence, Prophet,
Reverend Godwin Bolanle Shonekan would be returning to USA by
late April 2008. These unscrupulous people hope they might get
judgment against Pastor Shonekan by pulling this sucker-punch if
Process Service was not served on him or his Attorney (Legal
Counsel) or as they hope that the voided assassination
attempt on the life of Pastor Shonekan on April 25th 2008, which
was averted through hints from International Security Agencies
would have silenced the Pastor. The more cruel and
criminally minded defunct board of trustees of CCC Nigeria
Diocese would have stayed the course without answering the
counter-claim and step up their effort to put His Eminence,
Prophet, Reverend Godwin Bolanle Shonekan away through their
fetish means and other threat to life.

an interview granted the CCC News - Court Reporter Investigator by
His Eminence, Prophet, Reverend Godwin Bolanle Shonekan, His
Eminence expressed that he believe he could get fair and
equitable justice, because he trusted the court system will
carefully consider all the surmountable evidences which include
an affidavit from Shepherd Ebenezer Osofa, the illegally
backdated letter of excommunication, falsified Emmanuel's
proclamation letter and calling on the French Embassy Official
in Nigeria to confirm the true identity of Emmanuel Mobiyino
Oshoffa/BILEHOU Emmanuel to the Honorable Court.
