The CELESTIAL CHURCH OF CHRIST (Worldwide) and the Registered Board of Trustee of CELE-STIAL CHURCH OF CHRIST, US’ DIO-CESE OF THE AMERICAS, represented by Prophet G. Bolanle Shonekan had, by the Manifesto of the BRIDGES OF FAITH WORLD MINISTRY establishes a Nigeria Chapter of the BRIDGES OF FAITH WORLD MINISTIRY, INC., a Jacksonville, Florida based wholly owned non-profit subsidiary of Celestial Church of Christ, US’ Diocese of the Americas.

         The BRIDGES OF FAITH WORLD MINISTIRY, INC., USA is a Celestial Church of Christ’s “Faith-Base-Initiative”, supporting global community outreach through religious Organizations.

         The establishment of the Ministry in Nigeria shall include but not limited to the ECOWAS and Africa, for the purposes as herein stated:

         THAT, the BRIDGES OF FAITH WORLD MINISTRY – NIGERIA CHAPTER be registered and established under the Federal Republic of Nigeria Companies and Allied Matters Decree No. 1, 1990, as a Foreign Corporation under the Charter of the Bridges of Faith World Ministry, Inc., USA, a NOT-FOR-PROFIT Religious Association.

         THAT, the BRIDGES OF FAITH WORLD MINISTRY – NIGERIA CHAPTER shall abide with the Charter  of the  BRIDGES  OF  FAITH WORLD MINISTRY, INC., USA and the prevailing rules and regulations governing faith-base religious and non-profit organizations in NIGERIA.

         WHEREAS, the BRIDGES OF FAITH WORLD MINISTRY – NIGERIA CHAPTER is founded, registered and established by a specific religious group, its memoranda of operations and associations shall not be limited to any specific religious group, entity and/or association but to include all Faith-Base Religious Organizations such as those of Christian faith and the Islamic faith.

         The BRIDGES OF FAITH WORLD MINISTRY – NIGERIA CHAPTER shall by this Manifesto register and establish a national body for the governance of its affairs at the national level, the State Offices within every State for the States level and Community Offices within every Local Government Area of the Federation for all grassroots level.
